Hi, I'm Amelia.

I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Sweden, and I'm passionate about helping women create a stronger, healthier, and more confident life without extreme diets, punishing workouts, or unrealistic expectations.

Because the truth is, I've been there too.

I know what it feels like to feel weak, both physically and emotionally. I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, shrink yourself, and believe that becoming smaller is the answer.

But over the years, I've learned something different.

True confidence doesn't come from taking up less space.

It comes from becoming strong enough to trust yourself, capable enough to handle challenges, and resilient enough to keep showing up for yourself even when life gets busy.

That's why my coaching is built around one simple philosophy:

Real transformation doesn't happen through crash diets, all-or-nothing thinking, or chasing the smallest version of yourself.

It happens through small, consistent actions repeated over time.

Why I Coach the Way I Do

Over the years, I've explored many different forms of training and movement.

From strength training and running to Hyrox racing, rugby, calisthenics, dance, functional fitness, and obstacle course training, each experience taught me something valuable.

The biggest lesson?

There is no single "best" way to train.

The best training plan is the one that fits your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and the season of life you're currently in.

That's why every coaching experience is personalised and designed around you.
